A great place for high octane adventure in the caring hands of an experienced team.
Skydive Silicon Valley operates in the South end of the airport, towards the former location of the animal shelter. They load the plane at the far corner of the airport fence and land in the large field adjacent to that fence. Due to potential windy conditions and proximity of Highway 101, all skydivers are held to an exceptionally stringent standard of safety & awareness, especially when compared to other dropzones' restrictions. It's worth the eye-rolls and grumblings though, because safety's #1 no matter how much fun you're having.

Great small town museum full of history and volunteers eagerly ready to answer all questions. A must see for aviation enthusiasts! A hidden local gem full of history, and also one that holds exhibits that are of surprisingly high caliber. Great for kids and adults alike.

The Gavilan College Aviation Maintenance Technology Program is accredited by the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) under CFR 14 FAR part 147 and offers Certificate of Completion in Aviation Maintenance Technology for both Airframe and Powerplant. With additional General Education classes, Gavilan College also offers an Associate of Science Degree with a major in Aviation.
